Today I met with my sociology prof to ask some deep questions about how to do life now knowing all this deep stuff about how the world socially constructs everything and that we're controlled by our societies. We chatted, the world got sad, but then he said something that was really the best answer to my question: what do we do now?

He said, maybe it doesn't matter that we have all the answers right now, and maybe the best thing isn't something immediate we can do right now. The best thing that we can really do is keep asking ourselves the questions: is this what I should really be doing? Is this really where I should be? Is this the best way I can be using my skills and talents right now?

So I'm going to start asking myself these questions more often. Is this taking me in the right direction? Am I going to gain something meaningful from this? Is this good?
